At SureHome, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can initiate a return within this period, provided the product meets our return conditions.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items should be packed securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
  • Products received as part of a combo offer must be returned as a complete set.

How to Initiate a Return

We've made the return process as simple as possible. Follow these steps:

Share Your Reason

Let us know the reason for return — whether it's a quality issue, wrong product, size issue, or simply not as expected. This helps us improve.

Receive Return Confirmation

Our team will review your request and share a return confirmation within 24 hours along with pickup details or return address.

Ship the Product Back

Pack the product securely and hand it over to our logistics partner during pickup, or ship it to the provided address. Keep the tracking number safe.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalised or custom-made products
Perishable goods (plants, flowers)
Intimate items and bedding
Gift cards and vouchers
Products damaged due to misuse
Items without original packaging/tags
Fragile items broken after delivery (use unboxing video for claims)
Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation. Here's what to expect:

Online Payments (UPI, Card, Net Banking)

Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The amount may take an additional 2-3 days to reflect in your bank statement depending on your bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD returns, the refund will be processed to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS within 7-10 business days. You will need to share your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name) when initiating the return.

Please note: Shipping charges incurred for the original delivery are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective or wrong product from our end, SureHome will bear the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the customer may need to bear the return shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend recording an unboxing video for all fragile items — this helps us process your claim faster.

  • Share photos and unboxing video (if available) on WhatsApp or email.
  • We will arrange a free reverse pickup at no extra cost to you.
  • Choose between a full refund, replacement, or store credit.
  • If a replacement is available, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
